Hybrid Manufacturing of Functional Metal Surfaces

• Led a 4-person team to the 2026 University Rover Challenge, placing 20th overall and 11th in science out of 116 teams from 18 countries.
• Designed, manufactured, wired, and programmed an automated electromechanical science subsystem for subsurface soil collection and life detection assays.
• Designed and manufactured a robotic gripper capable of grasping and lifting 20 kg.
• Designed and manufactured tank-style treads for reliable rover traversal over rough terrain.

• Nominated by faculty to represent the Tagliatela College of Engineering.
• Represent the college at prospective student events, open houses, and campus tours.

• Designed a vaulted regulator station using AutoCAD Plant 3D catalog and specification sheets.
• Created bills of materials and standard operating procedures.
• Developed AutoCAD Plant 3D standards, including parts catalog and specification sheet workflows.
• Produced 2D drawing sets for gas transmission line layouts, distribution line layouts, and regulator stations.

• Installed and programmed audio/visual equipment and smart home systems including Lutron HomeWorks, Savant, Ring, Control4, and Crestron.
• Installed and configured Wi-Fi networks using Ethernet, switches, and network devices.
• Troubleshot and repaired audio receivers, amplifiers, pre-amplifiers, and smart home equipment.

• Work with faculty to coordinate STEM and robotics outreach events.
• Led and coordinated volunteers for a VEX Robotics Competition serving 300+ middle and high school students.
• Produced custom award medals for VEX Robotics Competition using a laser cutter.
